Course Summary

 Introduction

We are the only institute that offers training on Workday exclusively, allowing us to curate our Workday Training Courses to meet the growing demands of the market. Workday Inventory is a niche module learning it will give an edge in the job market. Inventory helps improve productivity by enabling workers to perform inventory tasks on mobile. It increases accuracy and reduce manual entry by calculating inventory transaction data automatically. Minimize operational risk by automating inventory processes, such as put-away and replenishment. Use reporting and analytics to understand how sites consume inventory so you can control costs, limit waste, and plan for future orders. Learning it will enhance your resume and uplift your career prospects. We crafted this course to make you understand the necessity of Workday Inventory and the worth it holds in the future of Workday. You will learn the accounting principles involved in material movements and inventory item adjustments in broad strokes.

Setup

Our training enables you to set up and hold goods in inventory at zero cost when you have a consignment agreement with vendors. We help to recognize liability for the goods when they’re issued from inventory. Stocked consigned goods can be tracked, and then a bill can be created to replace order to the supplier upon use.

Transactions

Through transactions multiple UOMs for inventory and procurement functions on purchase or catalog items can be entered. Supplier specific UOM information on purchase items can also be configured by the end of our course.

Fulfillment

Fulfillment helps to create stock requests, pick inventory to fulfill a stock request and use directed picking to guide workers through the sites, locations, and item quantities to pick.

Tracking

In tracking learn how to set up business processes and rules to support delivery tracking of goods. Workday automatically creates delivery tickets, or manually create delivery tickets.

Returns

Perform returns for inventory items shipped or issued from the site. When received, returned goods at the original shipping site, one can return the goods to inventory or dispose of them. When the original source of goods are not known, you can create ad hoc return orders.

Set Up Inventory Counting

In Set-up Inventory Counting, we train you to configure Workday to periodically count inventory items. Reconcile inventory levels based on inventory counts.

Par Inventory

Get a detailed overview of how to set up, create par locations, and maintain par levels. It also offers an insight on record current inventory levels. Replenish par locations, such as cabinets, supply rooms, and carts.

Replenishment

In replenishment, create inventory replenishment requisitions when inventory levels drop below a threshold level. Create inventory distribution networks to use in item replenishment. We train to prioritize distribution using a distribution network and configure sourcing rules to source items based on availability.

Label Printing

In label printing, print location- and document-based labels for multiple aspects of internal supply chain. Print barcode labels for inventory items or locations, that can be scanned quickly using Workday mobile tasks. Track goods deliveries by scanning goods delivery ticket barcode labels and goods delivery group barcode labels with Workday mobile tasks.

Recall Management

Recall management enables to manage and track item recalls. It provides knowledge to coordinate response actions to recalled items and easily locate those impacted: Sites Stocking Locations, Par Locations, and Purchase Orders Issue transactions once you complete our training.

Conclusion

If you aspire to be a Workday Consultant and land jobs that would serve as a platform to enhance your career and enlighten your personal ambitions, then you are in the right place. Such a Motivating training

Mary has not only provided a platform to enrich my practical knowledge on Workday but also emphasised on all the "whys", "ifs" & "whats" of every step of the process. The mentoring & motivating sessions provided an enriching atmosphere for the students. The course curriculum is broken down into small parts which are easier to digest. She is very generous with her knowledge & willing to provide beyond the curriculum for our better understandings. I would definitely recommend her as a trainer for Workday.
