Workday Adaptive Planning training lets workday consultants gain expertise in headcount planning, financial planning, workforce planning, and advanced modeling. This training enables trainees to approve plans, publish it and make it available in Workday HCM and Financials so that the downstream users can use that data. The Workday and Adaptive Planning profiles automatically get synced in Workday. Students would learn how to use a Workday worklet, through IdP provider, or directly to Adaptive Planning if they're an administrator.
Elaborate training is provided to our trainees on performing basic system navigation, building supervisory organizations, compare staffing models, creating job profiles, configuring core compensation components, explaining key security concepts, defining and managing business processes, explaining the benefits of self-service functionality and running delivered reports and configuring basic custom reports.
Setting up and Configuration
Trainees would acquire knowledge on why to set up adaptive planning, how it fits into the rest of Workday, downstream impacts, cross product interactions, security requirements, business process configurations, as well as limitations to consider before implementation of this process.
