    *Perform routine reconciliations between systems to ensure data integrity

    *Serve as a Workday power user, assisting with training and support of end users needed
    *Develop and maintain end user training. Take the lead for communicating planned system upgrades/updates and understands the inner workings of such system updates.

     *Develop complex reports (Advance, Matrix, Composite, etc.) and custom fields, maintaining report schedules, testing, and categorizing and management of report inventory.

    *Advise end users regarding the handling of non-routine transactions. Perform system security reviews.

    *Maintain business process configuration and relation conditional rules.

    *Lead Workday Financial projects including application testing, implementation enhancements / upgrades, new functionality investigation, and deployment.

Workday Finance Techno-Functional Consultant

  • Job Description:

    • Engage in the discovery process to gather information about a project including background and the broader context of Financials, with specific subject matter expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, Cash Management, Purchasing.
    • Work in collaboration with Integrations and Data Conversion effort required to implement the Workday Solution.
    • Anticipate requirements and identify appropriate solutions leveraging best practice experience.
    • Translate business requirements into solutions and assist in the creation of the delivery road map, estimates, and project timelines.
    • Actively involve in fit/gap discussions.
    • Plan, lead  and facilitate architecture workshops for complex areas of the Workday product such as business processes, organization structures, workflows, etc.
    • Assist in finding solutions or workarounds when functional gaps are identified during the deployment.
    • Ensure the deployment team is prepared to gather the data and do the work based on configuration decisions, implementation strategy, and future road map considerations.
    • Ensure positive project execution while aiding Engagement Managers with removing barriers and maintaining focus and Work closely with internal team and vendor to ensure timely execution of the project.

Workday Solution Architect

Job Description&Responsibilities:

    *Define and map the overall functional and business process architecture across all Workday modules such as HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Absence, and Reporting

    *Suggest and improve business processes

    *Prepare Training Material, SOPs, etc for Workday at L3 to L5 levels.

    *Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing on workday tenants & configuration
    *Review Workday releases for new functionality and optimize existing processes and integrations accordingly.

    *Develop and maintain awareness of the payroll industry to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

    *Provide day-to-day thought leadership and mentoring of the HRIS Functional Analysts, and train mentor testers and program managers

Job Description:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Systems Management, or related field. 
    • 3 – 5 Years experience with Workday with a focus on HCM, Reports, Absence, Time and/or Recruiting. 
    • Functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes and familiarity with HR acumen. 
    • Must exhibit sound security and confidentiality practices. 
    • Experience with application support, requirements definition, test plan development, and QA/UAT test coordination. 
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills. SHRM-CP or PHR Certification a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong listening skills.
