    •  Previous Experience with other HRIS Systems like Workday, People Soft, SAP, Success Factors, Oracle HCM
    •  Knowledge and functional experience with Absences & Time Off, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and/or Workday Payroll other areas like Workday HCM, Recruitment, Talent and Performance Management are a plus
    •  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint •  Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Portuguese is a plus •Experience managing multiple projects, preferably using Cloud based technologies
    •  Can handle sensitive information with highest degree of integrity
    •  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    •  Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously and in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Job Description & Responsibilities :

    •  Provides knowledge transfer and training for System team members on topics including report, dashboards and worklet design, development, and testing.
    •  Responsible for subject matter knowledge of existing applications and associated data
    •  Performs all data cleansing and manual conversion processes.
    •  Codes and unit tests conversion programs.
    •  Verifies the accuracy of the converted/loaded data through participation in all levels of testing
    •  Develops integrations in scope. Tasks include design, testing and development of integrations
    •  Assists in the analysis and assessment of interface requirements, approves interfaces for design, assists with interface development and unit testing
    •   Load processes to Workday, and extracts from Workday.  

Sr Workday Techno-Functional Lead Analyst

Job Description & Responsibilities:

    •  Manage the end-to-end technical support for the Workday HCM, including but not limited to: Core HCM Business Processes (Onboarding, Hire, Termination, Change Job), Position Management, Recruiting, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, User Security, Core HCM meta data and organizational set up while exercising functional knowledge to highlight downstream impacts to Performance, Learning, Time & Absence, Benefits, Payroll and third-party systems
    •   Design and develop custom reports as required for business users and senior executive management
    •   Configure and administrate data security and comply with policies and procedures; Ensure security model is solid
    •   Work closely with the business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation, testing and deployment with required documentation
    •   Run small to medium scale projects completely independently whilst using sound judgment to escalate issues when necessary
    •   Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements •   Assist in resolving business -How To- questions and create relevant job aids/training/communications aids/learning/communications
    •   The Application Systems Analyst will act as a technical expert and advise stakeholders of best practice solutions for various business needs
    •   Log, route, and maintain tickets in ticket tracking system
    •   Provide guidance and training to business teams on the future capabilities of the Workday and adoption blueprint

  Should have very strong experience on workday payroll implementation, deployment and testing. 
•   Should have experience in defining the user scenarios upon discussion with the business 
•   Must be Workday Payroll certified 
•   Deep HR knowledge and experience 
•   Demonstrated success of hands-on experience with Workday implementations 
•   Superior communication skills, both written and verbal 
•   Experience with excel, Visio and Power point 
•   Looking for a person with large team experience while at the same time having good WD Payroll experience. 
•    One year or more experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business

Workday Absence and Time tracking Consultant

    •  1+ years’ experience in a Payroll or HCM consulting role with multiple end-to-end implementations
    •  Implementation/Configuration experience with Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management ideal
    •  Overall Time Tracking experience with systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft Time & Labor, or  ADP Web time
    •  Strong understanding of union rules for hours calculations
    •  Ability to interpret in and out times
    •  Global experience a plus
    •   Possess project management and/or team lead experience
    •   Must be a fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and must enjoy fast-paced work environments
    •   Excel skills are plus
