Job Description & Responsibilities:

    •  Researching and resolving day to day Workday US Payroll issues 
    •  Work with client to support the new requirements for Payroll in Workday
    • Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes 
    •  Provide support for regular and special payroll processes in Workday
    • Provide support for post-payroll activities like posting, bank transfer and pay checks in Workday 
    • Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday 
    • Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
    • Analyse Workday Updates and provide recommendations to clients
    • Provide support for various Payroll interfaces in Workday 
    • Provide support to core HCM application 
    • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices 
    • Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping 
    • Provide support and guidance to the client’s parallel payroll testing 


Workday Financial Analyst

Job Description & Responsibilities :

    •  Plan, organize, and direct the accounting and purchasing functions enterprise-wide, including the monthly and annual close process.
    •  Develop, monitor and exercise supervision of the disbursement and purchasing functions; audit invoices; direct, monitor and assist in reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including all bank and investment accounts.
     •Control the timing of the release of non-payroll payments to maximize cash flows, track banking fees to ensure they are kept to a minimum, and maintain a short-term investment account where excess funds are kept until needed. Oversee all banking relationships.
     • Perform a variety of accounting functions, including reviewing and posting journal entries; recording accounts receivable and payable activity and preparing reconciliations and reporting, such as aging of payables and receivables. Assist in the design and implementation of payable processes to maximize efficiency.
    •  Participate in, and where appropriate, lead the implementation of key financial and related business systems, i.e. ERP, CRM. Assist with accounting system upgrades, and design of accounting system interfaces with other corporate software. 

Senior Workday Security Analyst

Job Description & Responsibilities:

    •   In this remote role, the Senior Workday Security Analyst will troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR business which may require functional skills in WD business process and reporting to identify and resolve issues
    •   Partner with various HRT Leads and cross functional teams to gather requirements, recommend, test, and deliver security related configuration needed for new functionality and change requests
    •   Back up Security and Governance Lead as needed to respond to all audits and ensure compliance with WD governance model
    •  The Senior Workday Security Analyst will create, configure, test, and maintain all types of Workday security groups
    •  Update security groups: business process and domain security policies as needed
    •  Assign role and user based security groups to users
    •  Execute WD Security role assignment audits, analyze results and address any issues
    •  Document all security processes as needed including any security changes and enhancements
    •  As a Senior Workday Security Analyst, you will provide guidance and direction to Security Configurator 
 


Workday HCM Functional Consultant

•  Handle BAU activities such as support for issues raised in Compensation modules. Perform root cause analysis and fix issues to ensure business continuity is not hampered
• Make configuration changes at tenant level based on customer requirements 
•Define/Create condition rules for different business processes wherever needed as part of client requirements
• Work very closely with business users to gather requirements for different change requests. Perform detailed analysis of requirements, suggest alternatives/workarounds and implement the best possible solution given the requirements of the client. 
•  Create calculated fields required for condition rules and support reporting requirements
•  Be aware of new features in Workday and enable these in customer environment as per requirements 
•  Present new Workday features to the business in detail, obtain buy-in from them and implement/enable these in Workday Application
•  Configure and set-up business processes and related security policies for Compensation functionality 
•  Participate in development of custom reports 

Workday Talent Management Techno-Functional Consultant

      • Responsible for supporting and configuring skills and competencies in Workday HCM.
      • Manage day-to-day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical data loads.
      • Assist with the creation and approval of technical EIB requirements documentation; ensure documentation is aligned to the Functional Requirements and use of document templates that meet SDLC testing standards.
      •  Support Workday Talent Management, Workday Skills Cloud, Gigs, Workday Learning teams in Workday HCM cloud where needed.
     •  Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
     •  Project Manage and create estimations of technical timelines and allocation of the technical resources to specific task.
    •  Identify opportunities for system reuse and system simplification.
